Total Voting Rights
Further to the Company's announcement of 10 May 2021, regarding its Completion of Offer to Acquire an Additional 13.12% of Corallian Energy Limited (the "Announcement"), Reabold confirms that the 468,994,086 Consideration Shares have been admitted to trading on AIM, effective at 8.00 a.m. today ("Admission").
Following Admission, Reabold's issued ordinary share capital consists of 8,929,612,550 Ordinary Shares with one voting right each. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, this figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
Capitalised terms used in this announcement carry the same meaning as those ascribed to them in the Announcement, unless the context requires otherwise.
