Further re. appointment of director

Further to its earlier announcement, Adventis announces further details regarding Julian Spooner who has been appointed as a non-executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Julian Robert Archer Spooner, aged 55, is an experienced director with a strong and successful track record in growing large and small businesses, in particular in marketing and communications, most notably with the sale of Media Audits Group Limited in 2005 and subsequently with Accenture Marketing Sciences. He is currently the non-executive Chariman of Aspen Marketing Group Limited, an Isis-backed company, and of Promotion Space Group Limited, which is backed by Octopus Investments. The early part of his career was spent in various marketing roles at the likes of Smiths Food, Sterling Health, the National Dairy Council and latterly at Guinness and Diageo.

Julian Spooner is or has been a director or partner of the following companies or partnerships in the preceding 5 years: -

 * Green Issues Communications Holdings Limited was placed in voluntary administration on 18 May 2009. The amount owing in aggregate was £2.6 million. The company was dissolved on 13 May 2010.

Mr Spooner has no beneficial interest in the Company. In addition, Mr Spooner has confirmed that there is no further information required to be disclosed in relation to Rule 17 and paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
