The Company has been notified of the following transaction by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").
On 31 July 2017 Darrell Stein, SVP Information Services, a PDMR, sold 10,000 Shares at £74.276649 per share. Mr Stein's resulting shareholding is 8,901 Shares, representing 0.0013% of the Company's issued share capital. Treasury shares have not been taken into account when calculating this percentage.
