WARREN TUCKER - APPOINTMENT TO BOARD OF TT ELECTRONICS PLC
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2), RB announces that Warren Tucker, Non-Executive Director, has joined the board of TT Electronics plc as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman elect with immediate effect. He has today become Chairman of that company's nomination committee and a member of its remuneration committee and will become Chairman of TT Electronics plc's board at the conclusion of its annual general meeting, scheduled for 6 May 2020.
As confirmed on 4 January 2019, Warren will not seek re-election as a Non-Executive Director of RB at the Company's 2020 annual general meeting, scheduled to be held on 12 May 2020, and will step down following the conclusion of that meeting.
