 DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (the "Company") announces the following changes in the interests of a Director in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").

The Company was notified on 22 September 2015 that Dr Pam Kirby, a Non-Executive Director, purchased 2,919 Shares on the same day at a price of £57.9362 per share.

Following this purchase, Dr Kirby's shareholding has increased to 3,066 Shares, representing 0.0004% of the Company's total voting rights.
