RAVEN RUSSIA LIMITED (the "Company") 

Preference Share Dividend

Further to the announcement released on 2 June 2009, the Company has been advised that the ex-dividend date for the Preference Shares is 4 June 2009, not 5 June 2009 as previously announced and that the last date for receipt of completed forms of acceptance must be 19 June 2009, not 22 June 2009 as previously announced.
