Following Raven Russia's announcement of its recommended offer for Raven Mount on 31 March 2009, Raven Russia and Raven Mount announce that the Offer Document and Equivalent Information Document pursuant to the Offer will today be distributed to shareholders.
The Offer Document and Equivalent Information Document will also be available on Raven Russia's website: www.ravenrussia.com and the Offer Document will be available on Raven Mount's website: www.theravengroup.co.uk.
