Convertible Preference Share Dividend (RUSC)

The Directors of the Company confirm that the quarterly payment of the dividend in respect of the cumulative convertible redeemable preference shares of no par value (the "Convertible Preference Shares") with ticker RUSC, will be made on 31 March 2017 in respect of the period from 31 December 2016 to (but excluding) 31 March 2017.

The record date for the payment of the dividend for the Convertible Preference Shares is 10 March 2017 with an ex-dividend date of 9 March 2017. Holders of Convertible Preference Shares will be entitled to a gross dividend of 1.625p per Convertible Preference Share.
