Result of Acquisition EGM

The Company is pleased to announce that, at the Extraordinary General Meeting held at 10.00 a.m. today (the "Acquisition EGM"), the resolution put to ordinary shareholders in connection with the proposed acquisition of Pushkino Logistics Park (the "Proposed Acquisition"), as announced on 30 April 2012 and set out in the Notice of General Meeting annexed to the circular posted to shareholders on 1 May 2012, was duly passed.

Notes:

1. "Votes For" includes those giving the Chairman discretion and votes "For" and "Against" are expressed as a percentage of votes received.

2. A "Vote Withheld" is not a vote in law and is not counted in the calculation of the votes "For" and "Against" a resolution.

3. Total number of Ordinary Shares in issue at 10.00 a.m. on the 28 May 2012 was 600,649,007 Ordinary Shares. 62.39% of voting capital was instructed.

Following such approval, it is expected that Admission of the 48,414,250 New Preference Shares to be issued pursuant to the Placing and Open Offer announced on 30 April 2012 will occur on or around 20 June 2012 (or such later time or date as the parties to the Placing Agreement may agree provided such date is no later than 8.00 a.m. on 16 July 2012). Completion of the Proposed Acquisition is expected to occur shortly following Admission.

Defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as set out in the prospectus issued by the Company and dated 1 May 2012.
