The Company was notified yesterday, that on 13 June 2018 Stephen Coe, Non Executive Director, purchased 80,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 45.44p per share.
Following this transaction Stephen Coe and his immediate family have a beneficial interest in 92,468 Ordinary Shares being 0.0147% of the total Ordinary Shares in issue.
