Pursuant to Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 3.1.2-A, the following information falls to be disclosed:
The Company was notified on 28 August 2020, that the wife of Richard Jewson and Richard Jewson, Non Executive Chairman of the Company, sold and immediately repurchased 65,727 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 30.4p and 30.45p per share respectively.
Following these transactions, Richard Jewson and his immediate family have no change on their beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares, which remains at 218,429 shares being 0.0446% of the total Ordinary Shares in issue.
