The Company was notified today that Stephen Coe, Non Executive Director of the Company, purchased 12,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 69.7p. Following this transaction Stephen Coe has a beneficial interest in 118,107 Ordinary Shares representing 0.0206% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
