Pursuant to Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 3.1.2-A, the following information falls to be disclosed:
The Company was notified yesterday, that on 12 March 2018 Anton Bilton, Executive Deputy Chairman, purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 46.15p per share.
Following this transaction Anton Bilton and his immediate family have a beneficial interest in 42,367,676 Ordinary Shares being 6.4138% of the total Ordinary Shares in issue.
