Convertible Preference Share Dividend (RAVC)

The Directors of the Company confirm that the quarterly payment of the dividend in respect of the cumulative convertible redeemable preference shares of no par value (the "Convertible Preference Shares") with ticker RAVC, will be made on 1 July 2019 in respect of the period from 31 March 2019 to (but excluding) 30 June 2019.

The record date for the payment of the dividend for the Convertible Preference Shares is 7 June 2019 with an ex-dividend date of 6 June 2019. Holders of Convertible Preference Shares will be entitled to a gross dividend of 1.625p per Convertible Preference Share.
