Rathbones Group Plc (the "Company")
Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
The Company announces that, on 11 October 2023, ordinary shares of 5 pence each with voting rights were allotted at £16.50 (mid-market close on 10 October 2023) to Equiniti Share Plan Trustees Limited, the trustee of the Company's Inland Revenue Approved Share Incentive Plan, in respect of the reinvestment of the Company's 2023 second interim dividend.
Subject to the deed and rules of the plan, the shares will be held by Equiniti Share Plan Trustees Limited on behalf of the following PDMRs.
The notifications below, which have been made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provide further detail.
