The Company was notified that on 28 August 2025 Sarah Owen Jones, Chief Risk Officer, exercised an option over 2,764 ordinary shares of 5 pence each with voting rights. The option was granted on 21 April 2020, with an option price of £10.85, in accordance with the rules of the Company's HM Revenue & Customs approved Savings Related Share Option Plan 2019.
