Statement Regarding Suspension
Rame Energy plc (AIM: RAME), the AIM quoted independent power producer, announces that it has become apparent that the Company will not be in a position to publish its audited annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015 ("Annual Report") by 30 June 2016, as previously anticipated. The Company expects to publish its Annual Report during the week commencing 4 July 2016.
Accordingly, in accordance with the AIM Rules for Companies, the Company's shares have been suspended from trading until such time as the Annual Report is published.
A further announcement will be made in due course.
