Update regarding RAM Vision: Appointment of administrator

Further to the announcement made on 21 October 2013, the Board of RAM announces that an administrator was appointed to its subsidiary RAM Vision Limited on 15 November 2013. There is no recourse back to the Company in relation to any of the liabilities of RAM Vision Limited. The Company's assets now comprise its RAM Interactive activities, its 30% shareholding in the TrainFX joint venture and its holding of 25,643,012 ordinary shares in Alpha Prospects plc.

The Board is reviewing the alternatives available to the Company and further announcements will be made in due course. In the meantime, the Shares in the Company will continue to be suspended from trading on AIM until further notice.
