o a member of SHSS Partnership LLP on 15 July 2008 and remains a member;
· Alec Carstairs resigned as a director of CUL Holdings Limited on 18 June 2018; and
· Full name: Ian Ramsay Henderson.
There are no further disclosures required pursuant to Schedule 2(g).
