Pivot Entertainment Group plc (AIM: PVT), the transatlantic media and entertainment company, was notified that on 25th January 2012, David Stoller, Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased a total of 150,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 16.5p per share. Prior to the transaction, David Stoller was interested in 10,000,000 ordinary shares. Following this purchase his total holding is now 10,150,000, representing 15.39% of the issued share capital of the Company.
