Appointment of Interim Chairman
r4e, the transatlantic media and entertainment marketing company, announces the appointment of Marcus Yeoman, currently a Non-Executive Director, as Interim Chairman of the Board with effect from 1 October 2017.
It was announced on 23 June 2017, that David Stoller would be stepping down as Chairman and Interim CEO of r4e at the end of September. Since then, the Company has been in discussions for the separate appointments of a new Chairman and a new CEO. Candidates for these positions have been identified and discussions are advanced such that the Company hopes to be able to confirm their appointments shortly. Further announcements will be made as soon as possible.
