Tim Chadwick did notseek re-election at the AGM and retires from the Board. These changes areeffective immediately. David Noble (52) has extensive experience of corporate finance and operationsacross the global media sector. From 1998 to 2007 he worked for 3i plc,latterly as the Media Sector Partner, and in 2007 he co-founded QV Partners, abusiness which provides consultancy services in all aspects of traditional anddigital media.
