Quixant (AIM:QXT), a leading provider of specialised computing platforms and monitors for gaming and slot machine applications, was notified today that Cresten Preddy, Finance Director of the Company, as a result of an exercise of her share options, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of £0.001 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £0.49 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").

Following the Purchase, Cresten Preddy is interested in 10,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.0153% of the Company's issued share capital.
