Director/PDMR Shareholding
Quixant (AIM: QXT), a leading provider of specialised computing platforms and monitors for gaming and slot machine applications, announces that it was informed on 23 September 2019 that Gaye Hudson, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 164.5 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").
Following the Purchase, Gaye Hudson is beneficially interest in 7,350 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.011 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
The above notifications, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provide further detail on the transactions.
