Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Quixant (AIM: QXT), a leading provider of innovative, highly engineered technology products principally for the global gaming and broadcast industries, announces that it has appointed Nigel Payne to the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 July 2020.
Nigel is an experienced executive and non-executive director with a 30-year career spanning public and private boards. In addition to considerable PLC experience, Nigel brings to Quixant deep knowledge of the Gaming industry, having previously held the CEO role of Sportsbetting PLC, one of the world's largest internet gaming companies. Current board positions include Chairman of Gateley (Holdings) PLC and Green Man Gaming Holdings Plc and Non-Executive Director of GetBusy PLC and Ascot Racing Betting and Gaming Limited .
Upon appointment Nigel will become a member of the Company's Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee.
