Directorate Changes

Quartix Holdings plc, a leading international supplier of subscription-based vehicle tracking systems, software and services, is pleased to announce that Laura Seffino has been appointed as Chief Technology Officer and to the Board of the Company. Furthermore, Daniel Mendis, Chief Financial Officer, has assumed additional responsibilities for the operation and management of the Company and hence has been appointed as Chief Operating and Financial Officer. Both appointments were agreed at a committee of the Board on 22nd October, and are effective immediately.

Laura Seffino was previously appointed to the Board of Quartix Ltd in February 2019, having joined as Head of Software in June 2018. Prior to joining Quartix Laura spent 17 years in software development, project management and delivery roles at 1Spatial plc, Cambridge. Laura has Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Computer Science from the Universidad Nacional del Sur in Argentina and the State University of Campinas, Brazil, respectively. In her new role Laura now holds responsibility for Group technology, strategy, development and implementation as an Executive Director of the Company's Board.

Daniel Mendis was appointed to the Board of Quartix Holdings plc in January 2018 and was subsequently given additional operational and commercial responsibilities in December 2018. Daniel's new appointment reflects the additional operational and commercial responsibilities which have been transferred to him from Andy Walters, Chief Executive, since then.
