Board Update
Quartix Holdings plc, a leading supplier of subscription-based vehicle tracking systems, software and services in the UK, today announces that Ed Ralph, Chief Operating Officer, will be leaving the Company on 31st October, when he will also resign from the Board. Ed will assist the Company in the handing over of his responsibilities, principally to Andy Walters, Chief Executive Officer during October. The Board takes this opportunity to thank Ed for his commitment to the Company and wishes him well in his future career.
The Company confirms that revenue and profitability for the year ending 31 December 2018 is expected to be at least in line with current market expectations.
