Total Voting Rights

30 June 2025 - In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA) Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, QinetiQ Group plc ("the Company") notifies the market that as of 30 June 2025 the Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 544,327,145 ordinary shares of one penny each. There are no shares held in treasury. 

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 544,327,145. This figure may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
