Non-Executive Director Declaration
24 December 2024 - In accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.9R(2) of the UK Listing Authority, QinetiQ Group plc ('QinetiQ') announces that Steve Mogford, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, will be appointed as Non-Executive Director of Intertek Group plc, a Company Listed on the London Stock Exchange with effect from 1 January 2025.
