Block Listing Application

19 June 2024 - QinetiQ Group plc ("QinetiQ") announces that a listing application has today been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 3,000,000 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and admitted to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

The Ordinary Shares are expected to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange on 21 June 2024.

These shares will be issued to satisfy awards of Ordinary Shares pursuant to the 2017 QinetiQ Group plc Incentive Plan and the QinetiQ Group plc Annual Bonus Plan.

When issued, these Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
