The Company announces the following transaction by a PDMR on 22 April 2024 in the Company's ordinary shares of 8 1/6 pence each ("Shares") which includes the vesting, exercise and sale of Shares that had been granted pursuant to a Recruitment Award made under the Quilter Share Reward Plan ("Quilter SRP").
