Director/PDMR Shareholding
Quadrise announces that, on 1 August 2023, Philip Hill, Chief Operating Officer, sold 160,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1.166 pence per Ordinary Share and subsequently repurchased 160,000 Ordinary Shares at 1.178 pence per Ordinary Share to be held in an ISA.
Following the transactions, Mr Hill's beneficial holding remains 160,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.01 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.
