The direct holder of voting rights in the issuer relating to 14,584,492 shares (11.214%) is Gabriella Investments Limited (GIL). GIL is a controlled undertaking of Quill Securities Limited (QSL). QSL is therefore an indirect holder of voting rights in the issuer pursuant to DTR 5.2.1R(a). 

QSL is a controlled undertaking of Uberior Ventures Limited (UVL). UVL is a controlled undertaking of Uberior Investments Plc (UIP). UIP is a controlled undertaking of Bank of Scotland plc (BOS). BOS is a controlled undertaking of HBOS plc, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lloyds Banking Group plc.

HBOS plc, through other subsidiary companies, has a direct interest in the voting rights of a further 206,720 shares (0.158%) and an indirect interest in the voting rights of a further 878,873 shares (0.676%), giving HBOS plc and its subsidiaries a direct and indirect interest in the voting rights of 15,670,085 shares (12.049%).
