PZ Cussons Plc (the "Company")
Persons discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMR') shareholding
On 24 July 2019 the following Directors of the Company and other persons discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMRs') were granted conditional awards ('Awards') under the PZ Cussons Performance Share Plan to acquire the following numbers of ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company as set out below.

The Awards will ordinarily vest at nil cost on the third anniversary of grant subject to the grantee's continued employment and the attainment of performance targets, save that the Award to Mr Kanellis will be subject to a two year holding period on vested shares such that all shares (other than any shares required to be sold to meet any tax liabilities) will need to be retained for a minimum period of five years from grant.
This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
