Proven VCT PLC25 January 2007 Proven VCT plc25 January 2007Board Changes Proven VCT plc ("the Company") announces that Alexander Spiro Jr hasdecided to resign as a non-executive director of the Company with immediateeffect as a result of his changing role within Beringea LLC, the group whichprovides investment management services to the Company. The directors wouldlike to thank Alexander for his valuable contribution since joining the Board inMay 2003 and wish him well in his future activities. The Company also announces that David S Eberly will join the Board as anon-executive director with immediate effect to represent Beringea. David is aSenior Managing Director and co-founder of Beringea LLC and also sits on theboard of Beringea Limited, the Company's investment manager. David hasextensive experience in investment banking and sat on the Board of EuropeanGateway Acquisition Corp. from 1996 until 1998 and also Williams Controls Incfrom 2002 until 2003.
