Ark Therapeutics Group PLC18 December 2006 ARK THERAPEUTICS GROUP PLC Notification of Major Interests in Shares 18 December 2006 Ark Therapeutics Group plc (LSE: AKT) announces that on 15 December 2006 itreceived notification that, pursuant to the Companies Act 1985, FMR Corp. andits direct and indirect subsidiaries, and Fidelity International Ltd (FIL) andits direct and indirect subsidiaries (being non-beneficial holders), hold6,418,921 shares, representing 4.02% of the issued ordinary share capital of ArkTherapeutics Group plc prior to the placing of such shares.
