NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (PDMR)
London, UK, 08 February 2019 (LSE: PVG): Premier Veterinary Group plc ("the Company") announces that it has received notification that on 07 February 2019, Rajan Uppal, a Director of the Company:
Disposed of 195,000 ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company held in his own name to a nominee account held by Investec Bank Plc.
There is no change to Mr Uppal's beneficial interest as a result of this transaction, this being 5,421,138 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 35.324% of the total voting rights of the Company.
