PV Crystalox Solar PLC03 April 2008 PV Crystalox Solar PLC 03 April 2008 Major Shareholdings PV Crystalox Solar PLC (the "Company") was notified today that the Heirs of MrRobin Greaves, following a disposal of 4,020,000 ordinary shares of two penceeach of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") made on 03 April 2008, now have aninterest in 10,675,324 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 2.6% of thevoting rights of the Company. The Company was notified today that Mr Graham Young, following a disposal of4,000,000 Ordinary Shares made on 03 April 2008, now has an interest in15,037,110 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 3.6% of the voting rightsof the Company. The Company was notified today that Mr Edward Hesford, following a disposal of10,000,000 Ordinary Shares made on 03 April 2008, now has an interest in9,037,110 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 2.2% of the voting rightsof the Company. The Company was also notified that all the shareholders above have agreed, savein certain limited circumstances, not to dispose of any of their remainingOrdinary Shares for a period of 180 days from 03 April 2008. In addition, theCompany confirms that no Executive Directors disposed of any Ordinary Shares inthis sale. The Company's share capital consists of 416,725,335 Ordinary Shares with votingrights.
