Director Declaration

Mike Parker, Senior Independent Director ("SID") of PV Crystalox Solar plc, will be appointed as a non-executive Director of Laird plc with effect from 3 March 2015. Mike will become the SID and be a member of the Nomination, Audit and Remuneration Committees.

Laird is a global technology company focused on providing components and solutions that protect electronic devices from electromagnetic interference and heat, and that enable connectivity through wireless applications and antennae systems.
