Share Capital Consolidation and Amended Timetable
PV Crystalox Solar PLC (the "Company") announces that the Companies Court has granted an order for the reduction of its share capital, the cancellation of its share premium account and the cancellation of its capital redemption reserve; the Company will therefore undertake the Share Capital Consolidation which is now expected to complete on 7 June 2019.
Cancellation of trading of the Existing Ordinary Shares and of admission to the standard segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities is now expected to occur at 8.00am. on 7 June 2019.
The New Ordinary Shares are expected to be admitted to the standard segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities at 8.00am. on 7 June 2019.
A revised timetable is set out below; the Company will make a further announcement confirming the number of New Ordinary Shares that will be in issue following the Share Capital Consolidation after the new record time of 6.00pm. on 6 June 2019.
Capitalised terms used herein will have the meaning given to them in the Circular posted to shareholders on 17 April 2019.
