Total Voting Rights - Correction
Purplebricks Group plc ('Purplebricks', 'the Company' or 'the Group'), the leading hybrid estate agency, announces that the total number of Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each in issue as at 10 October 2017 was 271,848,063. This is a correction to the figure of 271,876,965 as per the announcement of 6 September 2017.
Each Ordinary Share carries one vote. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 271,848,063.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as a denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Purplebricks under the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007.
