Purplebricks Group plc (AIM: PURP), the hybrid estate agent providing a new way to buy, sell or let property, has been notified that Paul Pindar, non-executive Chairman of the Company, has today purchased 300,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 78.16 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Mr Pindar is beneficially interested in 11,020,281 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 4.6 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
