Purplebricks Group plc (AIM: PURP), the hybrid estate agent providing a new way to buy, sell or let property, announces that options to subscribe for 1,117,347 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares" and the "Options") have been exercised by certain employees. The Options exercised are a mix of those granted both pre and post IPO with a range of exercise prices between £0.01 and £1.29 per Ordinary Share.
Ryan Dinsdale, the CEO of Purplebricks Australia, who is considered to be a person discharging managerial responsibilities, on 13 December 2017 exercised options over 40,000 Ordinary Shares at £1.29 each and subsequently sold 40,000 Ordinary Shares at £3.65 each.
Pursuant to the exercise of the Options, an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 1,117,347 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 19 December 2017.
The Company's issued ordinary share capital following Admission will be 272,965,410 Ordinary Shares.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as a denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Purplebricks under the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007.
