Board Change
Purplebricks Group plc (AIM: PURP), the UK's leading hybrid estate agency, announces that Dr Andreas Wiele, Non-Executive Director of the Company, stepped down from the Board on 25 June 2020 with immediate effect following his recent departure from Axel Springer.
Following the strategic investment from Axel Springer in 2018, Dr Wiele joined the Board in March of that year as its representative. A replacement Axel Springer non-executive director will be announced in due course.
