MATERIAL CONTRACT EXTENSION

PureCircle (LSE: PURE), the world's leading supplier and marketer of high purity stevia products confirms the extension of its contract with PepsiCo Inc for a minimum of three years to 30 June 2014 on a global basis.

Commenting on the contract extension PureCircle CEO, Magomet Malsagov, said "PepsiCo is our largest customer. The three year contract extension provides the basis to further develop the range of stevia sweetened products available to consumers in the USA and internationally."
