Noteholder Identification

In line with the previously announced update on the capital structure review on 24 October 2012, Punch Taverns Plc ("Punch") has today issued a Noteholder Identification Request to identify noteholders in both the Punch A and Punch B securitisations.

Discussions are ongoing with certain of Punch's major shareholders and other significant stakeholders on potential restructuring options. Identification of noteholders will allow Punch to extend these discussions to include such noteholders.
