Further Noteholder Identification

Following recent discussions with stakeholders regarding the restructuring proposals for the Punch A and Punch B securitisation structures and in light of significant trading in certain classes of notes (including senior notes) in those structures, the Company has today issued a further Noteholder Identification Request to identify noteholders in both the Punch A and Punch B securitisations. A previous request was issued on 28 November 2012.

Discussions are ongoing with stakeholders. Confirmation of the identity of noteholders will allow the Company to include relevant noteholders in these discussions.
