Director/PDMR shareholding

The Company was informed on 20 June that Philip Swinstead transferred 3,936,999 ordinary shares in the Company at nil consideration from his beneficial holding held by Harbour Nominees Ltd to his beneficial holding held by TD Waterhouse Corporate Services Nominees Ltd on 19 June.

As a result of this transfer, Harbour Nominees Ltd now holds 3,690,806 ordinary shares or 5.14% of the Company's issued share capital. TD Waterhouse Corporate Services Nominees Ltd now holds 7,375,619 ordinary shares or 10.27% of the Company's issued share capital.

Consequently, Philip Swinstead's beneficial interest in the Company has not changed and remains at 12,180,543 ordinary shares, representing 16.96% of the Company's issued share capital.
