Parity Group plc (AIM: PTY), the data and technology-focused recruitment and professional services company, announces that, following a three year term on the Board of Parity Group plc, Gerry Brandon has tendered his resignation as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, to focus on his other responsibilities. Mr Brandon's resignation is to take effect on 31 March 2023.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Gerry for his contributions and wish him well in his future endeavours.

The Company will be looking to appoint a new Non-Executive Director and will provide a further update in due course.
