Parity Group PLC05 June 2007 PARITY GROUP PLC 5 June 2007 DIRECTOR/PDMR DEALINGS The Company announces the grant, on 4 June 2007 to Mr Ian Ketchin, FinanceDirector, of 174,698 options to subscribe for ordinary shares of 2p each in theCompany ("Shares"), pursuant to the Company's 1999 Share Option Plan. Theoptions may be exercised, at 83p per share, for a period of seven years,commencing on the third anniversary of grant, and are subject to the achievementof certain performance criteria relating to the Company's total shareholderreturn measured against a peer group of comparable companies. This grantcomprises Mr Ketchin's total option holding over the Company's shares. The Company also announces that it has today received notification that, on 18May 2007, Mr David Plummer, a senior executive having PDMR (but not director)status, sold 50,000 Shares at 79p per Share. Following this transaction, MrPlummer's interest comprises 350,000 Shares, representing approximately 0.9% ofthe Company's issued ordinary shares.
